Kerry Ashment, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Ashment holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Education/Pre Physical Therapy from Utah State University in Logan, Utah and received his master’s degree in Public Administration from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri. Prior to joining ACHM, he served as Executive Director of Billings Health & Rehabilitation Community for 5 ½ years. In his free time, Mr. Ashment enjoys active involvement in the Boy Scouts of America, hiking, running, and spending time with his wife and 3 sons.


Colby Dinges, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Dinges has been in healthcare management and healthcare administration for over 20 year’s. Mr. Dinges spent the majority of his career in both small rural and large regional acute care facilities located throughout Texas. Mr. Dinges has recently co-owned and operated a company specializing in small business entrepreneurs, providing financial assistance to business owners/operators, developing short and long term business strategic plans and business management practices for healthcare providers. Mr. Dinges received his degree in accounting and economics from Southwest Texas State University.


Mia Gravgaar, RN, Director of Case Management/Interim Director of Nursing
Ms. Gravgaard has been an RN for 26 years with a background in ICU. She received her BSN from Minot State University in North Dakota in 1986. She is currently enrolled with Chamberlain College of Nursing to complete her master’s degree in nursing, with plans to obtain her MSN within the next two years. She enjoys baseball and spending time outdoors with her family


Amy Ross, RPH, Director of Pharmacy
Ms. Ross brings over 15 years of Pharmacy experience to ACHM. As an undergraduate, she attended the pre-med program at Carroll College in Helena, MT for two years. Ms. Ross then continued her studies, graduating from the University of Montana-School of Pharmacy with her Pharmacy degree. Ms. Ross is licensed in the State of Montana as a Pharmacist and a Licensed Preceptor, and is a member of the Montana Pharmacy Association. In addition, Ms. Ross is an Affiliate Faculty in the University of Montana Pharmacy Experiential Program and the University of Wyoming Pharmacy Experiential Program.


Stacy Gleinig, Director of Marketing and Business Development
Ms. Gleinig has worked in the healthcare industry in many capacities to include health insurance, Third Party Administrators, Preferred Provider Organizations, hospitals and physician groups. Her primary focus was in sales, network development, customer service and strategic planning & analysis. She and her family enjoy winter skiing and summer rafting, for which Montana is so well-known.


Christopher Cooper, Director of Plant Operations
Mr. Cooper brings 27 years of experience to ACHM. He joined the ACHM team in May 2011. Mr. Cooper worked as a Facilities Technician, Director of Plant Operations and Safety Officer for a critical access hospital and 124-bed Long-Term Care organization. Mr. Cooper served two years as President-elect and two years as President of the Wyoming Society of Healthcare Engineering (WSHE). In his spare time, he enjoys camping, boating, fishing and other outdoor activities


Kathy Satterfield, MCSD-CCC/SLP, Director of Therapy
Ms. Satterfield brings 24 years of rehabilitation experience to ACHM. She earned her master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Montana in 1988. Since that time, she has worked in the acute and sub-acute rehabilitation settings, skilled nursing facilities, home health and school settings, and most recently in the long term acute care environment. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family and friends
